BOOKING METHODS
Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the Resort. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. Cash payments into to the resort’s Bank Accounts in Australia, New Zealand and Samoa is also available upon request.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
The Resort accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment methods other than those specified must be approved in advance.
Cash Payment into Westpac New Zealand and Commonwealth Bank Australia are acceptable upon request via email.
RATES
STANDARD NIGHTLY RATE: Credit card required with full payment 7 days before arrival or 25% Deposit with the remaining due 7 days before check in. Full payment for cancellations within 7 days of check in or NO show.
FLEXIBLE RATES: 25% Deposit upon booking and remaining payment due 72 hours before arrival. Full payment required if cancelled within 72 hours of check in OR no show
NON-REFUNDABLE: 100% Deposit is required at time of booking, and it is not refundable.
FESTIVE SPECIAL: 50% Deposit upon booking and remaining payment due 72 hours before arrival. Full payment required if cancelled within 72 hours of check in OR no show.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur additional charges of $30tala per hour.
Check Out time is at 11:00am Late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional charges of ST$30 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur charges equivalent to one night’s stay
THINGS TO KNOW
All Fale Accommodations are enclosed and lockable with shared facilities, which are separate for men and women, with just walking distance. Cold showers only and when you are in the tropic, these are very refreshing. Please you must bring toiletries.
ROOM OCCUPANCY
Any other activities, including but not limited to the likes of commercial filming, advertising, photography, weddings, meetings or functions, are not permitted without the express written permission of Litia Sini Beach Resort’s Owner. No tents or other accommodation may be placed at or used at the property at any time.
All visitors or families of in-house guests must proceed to the Office for direction and not to enter the accommodation side or the beach at any time.
CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Damages to the resort property caused by the Guest/s will result in charges to the Guest’s account. The guest/s will not sublet or leave the property in the care of any other person without specific written permission of the resort. The Guest has carefully read all details relating to the property at www.litiasinibeach.ws and accepts responsibility for checking whether the property is suitable and/or safe for infants, children, elderly, less abled or disabled people etc.
QUIET ENJOYMENT & PARTIES
The property may not be used for any party, function or gathering of any kind, including pre/post wedding gatherings without advance written permission of Litia Sini Resort. NO BBQs are allowed at any time. The Guests agree to respect the rights of neighbours, particularly in regard to noise. Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted at any time with a no noise policy from 10pm in respect of neighbours and other guests staying at Lita Sini Beach Resort.
SMOKING OR VAPING
We ask all guests not to smoke or vape inside the fales (huts) during their stay. You may do so at the verandah but never inside and please use an astray and never to throw cigarette buts anywhere on the compound or on the beach. If a guest is found smoking or vaping inside the fales/huts, Litia Sini Beach Resort reserves the right to terminate their stay immediately without refund. The Guest/s will be responsible for any additional cleaning charges to remove smoking odours from a fale.

Litia Sini Beach Resort will be entitled to recover from The Guest the cost of any repair or replacement needed due to an accidental or deliberate acts of the Guests or any other person using the property
STANDARD EXIT CLEANING
Please leave your accommodation in a tidy state, LItia Sini provides full and thorough cleaning after each guest.
